Continue readingThis man on a horse remembers the so-called Glorious Revolution of 1688 to 1690. Not really a Masonic symbol, but it does appear on American symbol charts. It may come from an English custom, as I know another chart with “William Prince of Orange”.

Dąbrowski has an unidentified “American Masonic Symbols”, see below. There are quite a few symbols on it that are unfamiliar to me, such as this one. It appears to be an arch within some sort of emblem. A Royal Arch reference?

I suppose these symbols together have a significance. The dots remind a bit of the ‘round towers’. The star is one of three.

In the left part of the bottom you see what appears to be a branch of something and a mirror. The mirror has second “craft” degree significance in some rites, but I suppose this combination has some Templar significance.

Five pillars can be seen every now and then. In the USA they are (sometimes) part of the 2nd “craft” degree. It also appears in the 12th degree of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite sometimes. I suppose they refer to the orders of architecture.
In the image above, the pillars have the letters T, L, P and F. In this case it appears to be one of the temples portrayed on this chart (of a reference to the other two). In this case the Temple of Honor and Temperance.

This eye doesn’t look like an all-seeing eye, so it has to have another meaning. Perhaps similar to the ear that you also see a bit to the right.
